Big Ridge Pool

Tried calling, multiple times, emailed multiple times, went down to the actual pool and spoke with a lifeguard and left a message for “David” and nothing. Nothing over a period of 4 weeks…have fun paying for your new pool upgrades with this customer service. Disappointing. Also, google hours are incorrect and so is the posted google info on pricing, etc. Busch league.

Great pool. Great staff & clean restrooms. Never see any problems. Thanks for being open!!!

We were really unsatisfied with our pool membership. The pool is in poor shape with dark spots on the inside. The tile is broken in a lot of places. We joined with hopes of the 4th of July fireworks and they cancelled that. They then cut the hours in half once school started which feels like they should’ve refunded us part of our Memebership fee since we had less access to the pool. I also reached out at one point to someone about having my son’s birthday at the pool and never got a response back. Over all not worth the membership fee. There’s better pools around town to go to in my opinion.

Had the pool all to myself! Which was a surprise as it was full the last two times i was here. Emerald green water for swimming and two cheeky female lifeguards helped make the experience one im happy to recommend for adults and children alike.

I've gone to pool here for 6 years, and its always been an amazing pool. Very fun, big, with two fun diving boards and a nice deck and clubhouse. The deck itself could use some renovating, and there is a large crack in the shallow end. But other than those, its a great place.
